高頻電源模塊驅(qū)動(dòng)電路設(shè)計(jì)

摘要:在IGBT的使用過(guò)程中,驅(qū)動(dòng)電路選擇的合理性和設(shè)計(jì)是否正確是影響其推廣使用的問(wèn)題之一。IGBT的通態(tài)電壓、開(kāi)關(guān)時(shí)間、開(kāi)關(guān)損耗、承受短路能力以及dv/dt等參數(shù)均與門極驅(qū)動(dòng)條件密切相關(guān)。因此,設(shè)計(jì)合理、性能優(yōu)越的驅(qū)動(dòng)電路是高頻電源模塊運(yùn)行可靠的保證。本文介紹了驅(qū)動(dòng)器M57962AL的特點(diǎn)以及選用該驅(qū)動(dòng)器實(shí)現(xiàn)的IGBT驅(qū)動(dòng)電路。

Abstract: One of the factors that will affect the wide use of IGBT is whether the choice of the drive circuit is rational and whether its design is right. On-state voltage, on-off timing, switch loss, ability to endure short circuit and dv/dt parameters of IGBT are all closely related to the gate drive condition. Therefore, designing a rational and good-quality drive circuit will guarantee the function of high-frequency power module. This article explains the features of drive M57962AL and presents the IGBT drive circuit using this drive.
