高頻電源模塊驅動電路設計

摘要：在IGBT的使用過程中，驅動電路選擇的合理性和設計是否正確是影響其推廣使用的問題之一。IGBT的通態電壓、開關時間、開關損耗、承受短路能力以及dv/dt等參數均與門極驅動條件密切相關。因此，設計合理、性能優越的驅動電路是高頻電源模塊運行可靠的保證。本文介紹了驅動器M57962AL的特點以及選用該驅動器實現的IGBT驅動電路。

Abstract： One of the factors that will affect the wide use of IGBT is whether the choice of the drive circuit is rational and whether its design is right. On-state voltage, on-off timing, switch loss, ability to endure short circuit and dv/dt parameters of IGBT are all closely related to the gate drive condition. Therefore, designing a rational and good-quality drive circuit will guarantee the function of high-frequency power module. This article explains the features of drive M57962AL and presents the IGBT drive circuit using this drive.
