TOPSwitch_GX系列芯片的單端反激式開關電源設計

摘要：采用PWM控制器和MOSFET功率開關一體化的集成控制芯片是新一代開關電源設計的重要特點和趨勢。 本文介紹了一種采用TOP245Y集成芯片實現的開關電源。根據TOP245Y的特性給出了單端反激式開關電源的工程設計方法，對外圍電路的設計進行了分析和討論，并給出設計中注意事項。

Abstract： the integration controlling chip, which integrated PWM controller and MOSFET power,is the important features and trends of the new generation Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS). This paper introduced a kind of method to implement the SMPS using TOP245Y. According to the TOP245Y characteristics, the paper provides a engineering method to design of single-flyback switch mode power supply circuit. It analyzes and discusses the external circuit, and gives attention to the design matters
