關(guān)于戶(hù)外直流開(kāi)關(guān)電源中采用熱交換方式的介紹

摘要:隨著通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)盲區(qū)的覆蓋,減少投資成本,涌現(xiàn)出大量的戶(hù)外基站和戶(hù)外型的通訊設(shè)備、供電設(shè)備,這些遠(yuǎn)程通訊設(shè)備處于惡劣的外部環(huán)境下,它們?cè)馐芴?yáng)的熱輻射和設(shè)備本身發(fā)熱的影響,消除這兩種熱源的影響對(duì)電子設(shè)備的可靠工作至關(guān)重要,本文著重介紹了戶(hù)外電源的惡劣環(huán)境,對(duì)設(shè)備的影響,機(jī)箱設(shè)計(jì)、散熱計(jì)算、主動(dòng)散熱、被動(dòng)散熱等技術(shù),熱交換器的原理,戶(hù)外電源的結(jié)構(gòu),采用熱交換器方式的優(yōu)勢(shì)等內(nèi)容。

Abstract:Along with the construction and development of telecommunication networks, more and more outdoor base station systems, outdoor communication and power supply equipments were applied for the coverage of networks vacancy and saving investment. Because these remote communication equipment work in serious outdoor environment, the radiant heat of sunshine and the heat of equipment operation will badly affect the reliability of electronic equipment. It is very significant for the outdoor equipment to avoid these two heat sources. The article introduces the serious operating environment of outdoor power supply system and the effect of environment. To discusses the design of combined rack, the calculation of heat radiation, the initiative heat radiation, the passive heat radiation, the theory and advantage of heat exchanger, the configuration of outdoor power supply system etc.
