抑制單級(jí)功率因數(shù)校正變換器中電容電壓的方法

摘要:本文分析了單級(jí)功率因數(shù)校正變換器存在儲(chǔ)能電容電壓過(guò)高的內(nèi)在原因,提出了抑制電容電壓應(yīng)力的幾種方案,并進(jìn)行了電路分析和仿真試驗(yàn)。根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)和電路分析結(jié)果,串聯(lián)充電、并聯(lián)放電方案,電感電流臨界工作模式方案在抑制儲(chǔ)能電容電壓方面是兩種最優(yōu)的解決方案。

Abstract:The inherent reason of the high capacitor voltage stress of single stage power factor correction converter is analyzed, and then, several possible resolving schemes is discussed, finally some of practical implementation circuit topologies are given. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the both series-charging, parallel-discharging capacitors scheme and a novel boundary working mode are deemed to be more viable than the others methods.
