直流變壓器及其在兩級功率變換中的應(yīng)用

摘要：本文詳細(xì)的闡述了直流變壓器的基本概念, 直流變壓器利用變壓器漏感能量實(shí)現(xiàn)能量的傳輸，不需輸出濾波電感。采用開環(huán)控制，恒占空比工作，電路結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，易于實(shí)現(xiàn)高頻軟開關(guān)和高功率密度，變換效率高。最后系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)了直流變壓器在兩級結(jié)構(gòu)的VRM、級聯(lián)式雙向DC/DC變換器以及航空靜止變流器三種不同的兩級功率變換場合的應(yīng)用。

Abstract：This paper introduces the basal concept of the DC/DC Transformer in detail. The leakage inductor of the DC/DC Transformer can be used to transfer energy liking the input and the output instead of using the output inductor. It operates in open loop control, with a fixed duty cycle. Because of its simple structure, it achieves soft-switching at high frequency. Then high power density and high efficiency will be realized. The applications of the DC/DC Transformer in two-stage VRM, two-stage bi-directional DC/DC converter and aeronautical static inverter are summarized systematically.
