鉛酸蓄電池組電壓自動(dòng)平衡儀

摘要：針對(duì)鉛酸蓄電池組在浮充電過程中，單體電池的端電壓會(huì)出現(xiàn)不平衡問題，簡(jiǎn)要分析了其產(chǎn)生的原因，重點(diǎn)闡述了“鉛酸蓄電池組電池電壓自動(dòng)平衡儀”的電路組成、工作原理、技術(shù)指標(biāo)，以及控制主程序圖。該儀器具有自動(dòng)循環(huán)測(cè)量每個(gè)電池的端電壓， “主動(dòng)補(bǔ)償”充電；實(shí)時(shí)顯示實(shí)時(shí)評(píng)估電池容量；儲(chǔ)存、記錄和打印當(dāng)月電池組工作情況；與PC通訊等功能。是智能化比較高的蓄電池組測(cè)量維護(hù)設(shè)備。

Abstract：When lead acid battery being floating charged ，we will find the problem that some cells present uneven voltage. This article analyses the reason simply, explaining especially “Smart Equilibrium Lead Acid Battery Voltage Examining Device” of the circuit, operation principle, technical indicator, and the flow chart of automatically controlled main program. The device can equalize automatically the end voltage of battery by circulation examination. It can show voltage in real time, assesses the capacity, Store, and type battery working condition every month. With PC communication, the device is function perfect, intelligent measurement and maintenance the equipment of battery.
