UPS“雙總線輸出”供電系統(tǒng)用負(fù)載自動切換開關(guān)(上)

摘要：統(tǒng)計資料顯示，在信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)房中僅配置＂N+1＂UPS冗余供電系統(tǒng)，并不能消除＂網(wǎng)絡(luò)癱瘓＂故障．為確保為于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的關(guān)鍵網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備．如服務(wù)器的安全運(yùn)行，有必要在雙總線輸出線路中配置＂負(fù)載自動切換開關(guān)＂，以便向各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備提供＂信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)＂級的優(yōu)質(zhì)電源．采用DSP全數(shù)字技術(shù)及多重冗余調(diào)控技術(shù)設(shè)計的負(fù)載自動切換開關(guān)，可使網(wǎng)絡(luò)供電系統(tǒng)獲得如下優(yōu)點(diǎn)：消除”單點(diǎn)瓶頸”故障隱患，提高UPS的可利用率，提高供電質(zhì)量的”擇優(yōu)供電”功能；增強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備運(yùn)行的安全性的”故障隔離”保護(hù)功能等．本文詳細(xì)地分析和討論負(fù)載自動切換開關(guān)的型號、工作原理、執(zhí)行安全切換操作的前提條件、工作模式、技術(shù)參數(shù)、選用主語事項(xiàng)及供電系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案。 敘詞：負(fù)載自動切換開關(guān)　　“單點(diǎn)瓶頸”故障隱患　　擇優(yōu)供電　　故障隔離 Abstract：The related statistics have shown that"N+1"type of the parallel-redundant UPS system can not eliminate the failure of the network paralysis in the network room completely.In order to ensure reliable and safe operation or the key network equipments,such as servers,which are supplied by two or three independent power supplies,it is necessary that the dual-bus type of the parallel-redundant UPS system should be equipped with the automatic Static Transfer Switches(STS).Therefore,a variety of network equipments can be supplied by a so-called"information network"level of high quality sources.Due to that new STS are designed and made by new DSP and multi-redundant logic control techiques,it can provide the following superiorities for network equipments:the eliminationg of "single-point"type the failures;the choose of higher quality of power supply from two independent sources;the isolation of the failsures;the increase of the reliability and fault tolerance for UPS system and so on.The type of the load transfer switches,the operation and matters needing attention,the design schemes of the parallel-redundant UPS system with dual-bus type of output circuits are studied and analyzed in detailed.
