單周控制三相三級(jí)PFC整流器

摘要:提出了在三相三級(jí)整流器的二極管反并聯(lián)全控型電力電子開(kāi)關(guān)元件,用單周控制實(shí)現(xiàn)脈寬調(diào)制PWM控制,對(duì)升壓式(Boost)功率因數(shù)校正(PFC) 拓?fù)潆娐返姆治觯砻髟跓o(wú)逆變的要求下,只需對(duì)下橋臂或上橋臂各相全控型開(kāi)關(guān)元件,進(jìn)行斷續(xù)導(dǎo)通控制,便可達(dá)到功率因數(shù)接近1,實(shí)現(xiàn)交流進(jìn)線正弦電流的目的,文中利用了Matlab/Simulink軟件,對(duì)上述三相三級(jí)整流器PFC電路用單周控制進(jìn)行了建模和仿真,得出了預(yù)期的結(jié)果,證明在原理上是可行的。

Abstract:What the paper presents first is the application of single-cycle control over anti-parallel-connection whole-control power electronic switch components of the diode of three-phase tertiary rectifier, to realize PWM control; In addition, the analysis of boost PFC topology circuit reveals that without inversion, operating only intermittent conduction control over whole-control swich components of upper bridge arm or lower bridge arm, the power factor may reach 1, so as to realize the target of AC lead-in sine-wave current. Matlab/Simulink program is applied to model and simulate three-phase tertiary rectifier PFC circuit single-cycle control, and expected results are reached, which proves that it works in principle.
