摘要:本文就不同電壓梯度對MOV最大熱穩(wěn)定電壓的影響進行了試驗。測試結果表明:配方體系MOV在電壓梯度為160V/mm~170V/mm時的熱穩(wěn)定電壓最高;170V/mm梯度的樣品加載最大熱穩(wěn)定電壓0.79U1mA 作用約15min,其表面溫度升到最高且能夠穩(wěn)定,當加載電壓為0.80U1mA時,MOV的表面溫度不斷上升,最終導致熱擊穿。

Abstract:The paper examines the effect of different voltages toward maximal thermostable voltage of MOV. Results show that the thermostable voltage of recipe-stytem MOV is highest when voltage grads are from 160V/mm to 170V/mm; Under 170V/mm grade, when the sample is loaded with maximal thermostable voltage 0.79U1mA and lasts for 15 min, the surface temperature reaches the highest and keeps stable; when the loaded voltage is 0.80U1mA, surface temperature keeps rising and results in thermal runaway.
