高頻脈沖交流環節逆變器控制策略的研究

摘要：為克服高頻脈沖交流環節逆變器存在的電壓過沖現象，本文提出和研究了單極性、雙極性移相控制策略。兩類控制策略可分別使得逆變器功率器件實現ZVS或ZVZCS軟開關，仿真和實驗結果表明了控制策略的可行性。

Abstract：To overcome voltage stress existed in the inverter with high frequency AC pulse link, single polarity and double polarities phase shifting control strategies were proposed and studied in this paper. ZVS or ZVZCS soft switching can be achieved in the inverter by using two kinds of control strategy. The simulation and test results showed the feasibility of the control strategies.
