摘要:本文采用激光焊接法,而不是傳統(tǒng)的噴燈焊接法來(lái)焊接鉛蓄電池端子。這種方法使得蓄電池高度集成,從而使其能量密度大幅提高。運(yùn)用CAE(計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工程分析),對(duì)激光焊接法的熱變化過(guò)程進(jìn)行了仿真,結(jié)果證明仿真技術(shù)是取得高質(zhì)量焊接的根本。

Abstract:ln order to conduct terminal pole welding of lead-acid battery, laser welding was successfully applied in place of conventional bumer welding. lt allows battery parts to be highly integrated and enabled batteries energy density to be substantially raised. Thermal behavior during laser welding was simulated with CAE(Computer Aided Engineering), and it was demonstrated that simulation technique was essential to eam high quality of welding.
